01 · Our story

It started at a market stall

We were at a farmers market and my daughter saw a bunch of cute 3D-printed “toys” in display. Obviously she asked to see and buy one of those, and well, it was a nice opportunity for a lesson. I told her that most of those toys were disposable, they didn't have any purpose other than being played for 5 minutes.

But it got me thinking... We had a 3D print at home, so what if we printed something be cute and actually useful? What if it earned its spot instead of becoming clutter? Back at home, we looked around and there it was, just in front of us: a fridge full of accomplishment, family photos and notes. All being held by generic magnets.

What if we had cute magnets, with a story? I made a few models and she was the judge. What you see here is what she liked, so if you have a complaint, take it up with her. She also told her friends, and just like that she made our first sale!

We’d rather you keep yours for years than buy another in six months.

That’s why our party packs replace the goodie bag. Instead of a bag of plastic that’s forgotten by Monday, every guest paints a critter of their own and takes home something that sticks around, right there on the fridge.
