Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 2 business days, plus shipping time. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we'll deliver within a reasonable time. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Costs & timeframes

We ship within New Zealand only. Shipping is charged in NZD and shown before you confirm your order. Timeframes below are transit time after dispatch.

NZ Post Economy: $7, 1–3 business days.
NZ Post Courier: $9, 1–2 business days.
NZ Post Courier & Signature: $12, 1–2 business days.

Economy shipping is free on every party pack (orders of $60 or more). The courier options stay available at the prices above if you need it faster.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, get in touch at hello@critterpals.co.nz and we'll make it right. See our returns & refunds page for your options.
